Olivia Williams – Client Services Manager
Olivia in the office
If our clients have a question or query Olivia is their first port of call.
She keeps clients informed of progress while their financial plan is being implemented and arranges review meetings, while being there to answer questions during the intervening months.
Passionate about detail, Olivia ensures the highest quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
When a new client agrees to work with us it’s important that we make our recommendations based on the most up to date information available. Part of Olivia’s role is to liaise with insurance companies, pension providers and investment houses to gather this information. Something that is often easier said than done!
Olivia produces key management information on a weekly and monthly basis, the accuracy of which is essential, and allows the business to be driven forward.
Finally, she also serves on our internal Investment Committee, helping construct our bespoke model portfolios.

Olivia at home
Olivia lives locally, with her husband and two children.
She has a love of animals and boasts quite a selection including dogs chickens, fish and guinea pigs.
She is also vice chair of the PTFA, as well as a Parent Governor at her son’s school.
This is another passion for Olivia, who chose to be instrumental in driving improvements within the school, rather than simply watching from the side-lines.
As if life wasn’t busy enough, Olivia is also a trustee for a local charity, Silito, helping to house vulnerable adults.
