I am new to the role of financial services, but I have many years of administration behind me. I look forward to learning more about financial services.

On a day-to-day basis, my role is to provide Steve, Olivia and the clients with administrative support.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love being part of the team and care about the clients we deal with. I also enjoy building my knowledge.

What does your ideal weekend look like?

My ideal weekend would be waking up to a picturesque sunrise, followed by an autumnal family walk with my husband, daughter and dog (Graham), then ending the day with a Chinese dinner and a game of Monopoly.

What’s your favourite part of the world?

I would like to visit Australia and visit the beaches. I’m also interested in the culture and wildlife they have.

What one thing can instantly make your day better?

A smile. I love positivity and seeing others happy. It really does make a difference to others – a smile can be contagious.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?

I would love to try a hot air balloon experience. I plan to do this next year, but I’m currently trying to convince my husband to join (so far, not good).

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

My favourite quote is: “You are the author of your own story. If you don’t like where the chapter is going, it’s ok to start a new one.”
