I am new to the role of financial services, but I have many years of administration behind me. I look forward to learning more about financial services.

On a day-to-day basis, my role is to provide Steve, Olivia and the clients with administrative support.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love being part of the team and care about the clients we deal with. I also enjoy building my knowledge.

What does your ideal weekend look like?

My ideal weekend would be waking up to a picturesque sunrise, followed by an autumnal family walk with my daughter and dog (Graham). Ending the day with a Chinese takeaway and movie night.

What’s your favourite part of the world?

I would like to visit Australia and visit the beaches. I’m also interested in the culture and wildlife they have.

What one thing can instantly make your day better?

A smile. I love positivity and seeing others happy. It really does make a difference to others – a smile can be contagious.

What’s at the top of your bucket list?

I would love to try a hot air balloon experience. I plan to do this next year.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

My favourite quote is: “You are the author of your own story. If you don’t like where the chapter is going, it’s ok to start a new one.”
